What joy to read such an excellent message by Archbishop Makgoba. 

Gosh, as South Africans I am sure God shines down upon us.  Just look at the quality of people we have - look at their wisdom and hearts. Let us concentrate on all the good in this land, and my goodness, there is so much. 

Let us stay in a state of giving praise and thanks for all the blessings we have and by continuing in love, gratitude and praise, the doom, gloom and wrongness of such a small group of people will be wiped out. 

Let us, by our actions, our hearts, our love, our attitudes make God proud of South Africa again. We are a beautiful nation with beautiful people - let's show ourselves and the world what praise and prayer does.
