Arsenal news: Jack Wilshere makes big claim after Alexandre Lacazette scores on comeback
ALEXANDRE LACAZETTE’s return from injury can provide a huge boost to the rest of Arsenal’s season.

That’s the view of Arsenal midfielder Jack Wilshere, who saw Lacazette score on his comeback in the 3-0 victory over Bournemouth.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had netted twice before Lacazette scored a late penalty to put the gloss on the win.
It comes after surgery on a knee injury with the Frenchman’s last appearance coming in the 1-0 defeat against Tottenham in February.
But now he is back and firing, Wilshere believes Lacazette can play a key role as Arsenal look to finish the season strongly.

“He didn’t take his injury well, but nobody does,” Wilshere told Arsenal’s official website.
“He was down but he knew what it takes to come back. He’s worked hard and only trained a couple of days, but he was out there and looked like he’s not been away.
“It’s good for the team, good for him and I’m happy for him.”
Arsenal face CSKA Moscow on Thursday in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals this week.
While the Gunners are tasting victory in Europe, it’s been a different story domestically.
Arsene Wenger’s side sit sixth in the Premier League, 13 points off fourth-placed Tottenham with just seven games remaining. But all focus is on CSKA’s visit.
“We’ve won a few in a row and wanted to keep that going,” Wilshere added.
“Now we’ve got a big one on Thursday and we’re ready for that.”
