IOWA CITY, Iowa (AP) - Guard Isaiah Moss is the second Iowa sophomore to submit paperwork for early entry into the NBA draft, a process designed to gauge professional interest.

Moss joined Tyler Cook by announcing his plans on Tuesday. Moss has not hired an agent and has until May 30 to return to school or remain eligible for the draft.

The 6-foot-5 Moss averaged 11.1 points a game last season, fourth-best on a team that stumbled to a 14-19 record that included just four wins against Big Ten opponents.
