(Houston Business Journal) -- San Antonio-based H-E-B Grocery Co. has scooped up more land for another Houston-area store.

The company bought a 10.575-acre tract in Sealy’s Town Park Center, about 20 miles west of Katy, according to the Houston Chronicle and the Sealy News. HEB will use the land to build a grocery store with a pharmacy as well as a fuel station and car wash, per the reports.

The seller, Town Park Center LLC, was represented by Land Match Realty/Kenneth Cryan, per the Chronicle. The 72-acre development has other sites available ranging from 1 acre to 15 acres, per the Chronicle.

H-E-B’s site is on the Interstate 10 frontage road westbound that the Texas Department of Transportation recently completed, per the Sealy News. It’s at the corner of the soon-to-be-built portion of Town Park Drive, which will connect Rexville Road to the frontage road, per the Sealy News.
