Couch was seen leaving Tarrant County Jail earlier today.
Five years after his involvement in a fatal crash that his attorney claimed was a result of "affluenza."
A psychologist argued during Couch's trial that his affluent lifestyle lead him to make irresponsible decisions.
Couch pled guilty to the intoxicated manslaughter of four people and was initially sentenced to 10 years’ probation.
However, he was later sentenced to 2 years in jail, after violating his parole in 2015 and fleeing to Mexico with his mother.
