Stay alert about the time – Don’t spend too much time on mobile and laptops as the light it emits provide negative effect on body. Thus, making the eyesight weak.

Follow 20-20-20 rule– To get sharp eyes, one should take 20 seconds break after 20 minutes of work and see the things from 20 ft distance. By doing so, the eyes will get relaxed.

Do eye exercise – Avoid working constantly on a mobile or computer as your vision may get blurred. Try to focus your eyes at some distance.
