Cops seize replica handgun, real ammo during Perth traffic stop
Police in Perth have seized a replica handgun and live ammunition from a car stopped by officers in Thornlie.
Police said the silver Holden Rodeo was pulled over around 9:30am on Sunday morning in Jaqueline Drive.
Police searched the vehicle and allegedly found a replica handgun and live ammunition, as well as a baseball bat that had "been modified into a weapon."
It will be alleged that the vehicle was stolen and had false number plates, and that a small quantity of cannabis and Methylamphetamines was found.

A 39-year-old Maddington man is facing a range of charges including stealing a car, posessing a controlled weapon and possessing prohibited drugs.
He is due to appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Monday.
