Eastman Auto & Power appoints Satyendra K Mallik as President & CHRO, EAPL
Eastman Auto & Power Limited has announced the appointment of Satyendra K. Mallik as President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In his new role Satyendra will be responsible for steering organisational transformation and overall HR Strategy, compensation and talent initiatives, while also being the brains behind the company's information technology and business process automation. Satyendra is an HR professional with over two decades of experience in designing and executing people strategy and processes in sales, service, manufacturing, IT, ITES, automobile and consumer electronics industry across geographies. Prior to joining EAPL, he has worked with INTEX Technologies (I) Ltd., where he played pivotal role in organisation building and meteoric growth story. Besides INTEX, he had been associated with Microsoft's KPO arm, Greenfield Online and Hero Group.
