Running for last 18 years, Kumar Samosa Wala is probably the latest fad in the world of Indian snacks that is now being recognised even by the foreign countries. Samosa, with its origin in the 10th century in the Middle East region was first officially mentioned in Iranian historian Abolfazl Beyhaqi’s work Tarikh-e Beyhaghi, where it was referred to as ‘Sambosa’. Owned and managed by Deep Bhutani, this snack 'hole in the wall' place is worth all the appreciation for reinventing the triangular-shaped savoury snack.
