Mel Giedroyc, 49, and Sue Perkins, 48, together make up TV presenting comedy duo Mel and Sue.
The pair met at Cambridge University, going on to front shows such as Light Lunch and The Great British Bakeoff.
Their initial success saw the duo appear on various popular comedy shows, but work dried up, leading to near-bankruptcy for Mel, who admitted to the Daily Mail she was forced to sell her house and move into rented accommodation at one point.
However the Great British Bake Off revived their career, and they are now regular faces on TV again.
So what is their net worth? And are both women worth the same amount?
Mel and Sue net worth: Generation Game hosts enjoy a huge personal fortune
Mel Giedroyc is worth £3.5million ($5million) according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Interestingly, Sue Perkins is listed as being worth slightly more - £4.2million ($6million) by the site.
This could be because she has done more TV work without Mel, presenting BBC4’s Edwardian Supersize Me with Giles Coren and The Mekong River with Sue Perkins for BBC2.
While Mel and Sue are popular, they are perhaps not the most popular TV presenting duo - that accolade goes to Ant and Dec.
Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are also worth a vast sum - what is their net worth?

Years at the forefront of British television means the pair are worth a huge sum of money.
According the The Sun, they are worth £62million each, collectively earning £79,000 a day.
This is a far cry from the £100 a day they were payed as PJ and Duncan on Byker Grove.
The pair tried out a singing career in the 90s, releasing hit single ‘Let’s Get Ready To Rumble’, before focusing on presenting from 1997.
A BAFTA for The Ant and Dec Show followed, before they won over the nation’s children hosting SMTV Live with Cat Deeley, as well as CD:UK.

The pair first hit screens in teen drama Byker Grove, going on to dominate British TV presenting shows such as Britain’s Got Talent, I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here, and Saturday Night Takeaway.
Ant hit the headlines last month after being arrested on suspicion of drink driving.
It was then announced the current season of Saturday Night Takeaway would be suspended while he entered rehab again.
Ant was last in rehab in 2017, completing his rehabilitation in time to present I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! alongside Dec in Australia.
