Arsenal have had a very disappointing Premier League season and find themselves 13 points adrift of the top four spots.
Another Europa League campaign beckons, although if they win that competition, it will guarantee them Champions League football for next season.
Wenger, who has spent over 21 years at the helm of the Gunners, has come under fierce criticism this term.
Fans have often displayed their dismay and some have stayed away from the Emirates after being left fed up by their side’s decline.
Many times it might work and many times it might not
While Wenger’s future is increasingly precarious, Cech doubts whether the club’s continuity in keeping the same manager has hindered the club.
“It’s hard to say because it has big advantages with the continuity of the club and everybody knows how the club operates,” Cech told BBC’s Premier League Show.
“It’s easy to say ‘we change this or we change that’, but we never know whether or not it works.
