Technical snag affects Metro coach doors

Mumbai Metro-1 experienced a technical fault at the Western Express Highway station on Thursday morning when the doors of a coach of a Versova-bound train failed to close, and passengers were asked to alight. The incident took place around 11.55 a.m. according to officials of the Mumbai Metro Rail Corporation. A spokes-person said, β€œThe commuters were sent by the next service. The train was brought to Metro Depot for checks and repairs if required.”
