NZME has revealed a new property portal designed to shake up the market, OneRoof.
OneRoof is a website which provides property data and information to buyers, sellers, renters and homeowners to enable better property decisions.
Research shows 57 percent of property buyers use up to four resources, and many websites, to research potential properties.
NZME chief digital officer Laura Maxwell said OneRoof, which has been running in beta since December, was designed to deliver all things property - under one roof.
"Rather than traipse around three or more different sites trying to find all the information you need to make a decision to purchase or rent property, we've put it all in one place," Maxwell said.
"It's far more than a listings site, with in-depth market data that are now searchable in more useful ways than any other property site.
