Revealed: How Anthony Joshua is being fuelled by cat-naps, fewer snacks and plenty of sex

The teams supporting Anthony Joshua and Joseph Parker have been looking for marginal gains in training camp which could make the difference and give either man the edge when the two undefeated heavyweight champions meet in an historic unification contest in Cardiff on Saturday night.

A new sleep pattern

A sleep specialist has been working with Joshua for this 12-week training camp in an effort to formulate the best rest regime. Joshua tends to sleep for around nine hours a day but much of this will be in naps of 45-90 minutes rather than long bursts.
