Sunday's fire in Wilmington that took the life of a baby has also claimed his grandmother.

Fay Hyland, 59, is the second victim of the fire that tore through the home at 405 W. 23rd St. on Sunday evening, according to Wilmington Fire Chief Michael Donohue.

When Wilmington Fire Department responded to the fire, the home was engulfed, and trapped inside were three family members: Hyland and her grandsons Isaac Williams, 3 weeks old, and Maurice Williams, 11 months old.

Maurice was taken to Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, where he was pronounced dead.

Seventeen-year-old Nah'Shon Hyland had jumped from the second floor. He is in stable condition at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, Donohue said in a release.

Isaac Williams is in critical but stable condition at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia.

Fay Hyland was initially taken to Christiana Hospital and then transferred to Crozer Burn Center in Chester, Pennsylvania. The Wilmington Fire Department confirmed her death Wednesday, but did not specify when she died.

A GoFundMe page "Support BizzyBones & His Family!" has been set up for Nah-Shon Hyland, a St. Georges basketball star. The page had raised more than $16,000 as of Wednesday afternoon.
