These treatments will showcase the diversity of the Balinese wellness culture, used for centuries to heal and harmonise.

Treatment prices range from ZAR 1,600 to ZAR 2,400. The treatments include –

Batu Kali Riverstone Bathing Ritual (120 minutes) – The Balinese tradition of river bathing is both an age-old ritual and a communal soul sharing. After a long day in the fields, villagers would unite in the fast flowing water to swap gossip and stories, laughter and song, while using river stones to scrub and massage away the stresses of the day. Inspired by these traditions, this revitalising ritual includes a nourishing herbal application for the hair and scalp, an invigorating river stone scrub to revive tired skin, and a soothing Balinese massage – with coconut oil and freshly grated ginger paste – to ease and warm the body. Great for both sexes.
Traditional Balinese Massage (75/90 minutes) – Traditional Balinese massage is passed through generations, preserving its unique healing techniques. In its most traditional form, the massage uses long strokes, gentle skin rolling, deep kneads and foot reflexology.
Kundalini Back Massage (75 minutes) – Ideal for depleted bodies and souls, this nurturing treatment profoundly restores the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Focused massage and sound healing activate and channel the Kundalini – the dormant energy at the base of the spine: tension and negativity are lifted; and a state of balance and awareness is returned. Great for jet lag or all-round soothing.
Lulur Jimbaran (120 minutes) – Lulur is a luxurious body scrub, originally a beauty secret of Javanese royalty brought across the Java Sea by the Balinese for their own rituals. A gentle, aromatic exfoliation and skin-nurturing yogurt result in gorgeously soft skin, followed by a hydrating floral bath, therapeutic herbal jamu and Balinese massage.
