By looking at Dubai sky, is it a bird or a plane? No, it would be Dubai’s second tallest building.
Just another addition to its wide assortment of towering skyscrapers, the emirate will shortly be building a 570 meters residential tower.
Azizi Developments are all prepared to kick start building its tallest project yet on Sheikh Zayed Road, at the later part of this year. It would be completed in 2022.
On the first 100 floors, it will have its residences and a hotel across 22 levels.
Atkins architectural firm is confirming the design of the 122-storey skyscraper soon. It will cost around Dhs3 billion.
By now, Dubai boasts of having seven of the world’s tallest residential towers.
To quote Mirwais Azizi, chairman of Azizi Developments, as informed to Gulf News, “this tower will reinforce Dubai’s position as a global powerhouse for real estate, luxury and tourism as well as add to its appeal as the leading destination for some of the most iconic skyscrapers in the world.”
Lately, the city has also opened the tallest hotel in the world, the Gevora Hotel.
With each passing year, it’s getting tough for the rest of the world to keep up with our beloved towering city.
