Cheese Masala Toast Recipe!

Ingredients: 

2 tsp oil

1/2 onion finely chopped

1 green chilli finely chopped

1 tomato finely chopped

1/4 capsicum finely chopped

1/2 carrot grated

2 tbsp corn

1/4 tsp turmeric / haldi

1/2 tsp lal mirch powder

1 tsp chaat masala

1/4 tsp pepper crushed

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp tomato sauce

2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)

3 slices bread (white / brown)

3 tsp butter

½ cup cheddar cheese grated

3 tsp green chutney

Summer Special: Matka Malai Kulfi!

Method:

First of all in a big kadai heat 2 tsp oil and saute ½ onion, 1 green chilli and tomato.

Also  add  ¼ capsicum, 2 tbsp corn and ½ carrot and saute.

Cover  and cook for 5 minutes or till vegetables turn soft yet crunchy.

Further  add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. saute well.

Add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp coriander and mix well. Hence masala is ready.

Now spread ½ tsp of butter of each side of bread and toast till it gets golden.

Flip over and spread 1 tsp green chutney over toasted side of bread.

Also spread a tbsp of prepared masala over bread.

Grate 3 tbsp of cheddar or Mozilla cheese over the masala.

Cover and heat gently for 2 minutes or till cheese melts.

Finally, cut the cheese masala toast into half and serve hot!
