Kids can learn about exercise, self-respect and self-esteem during a special program at 6:30 p.m., April 5, at Mentor Public Library’s Main Branch, 8215 Mentor Ave. in Mentor.
Laura Gray will host an iPride fitness workshop for kids in third through sixth grades, according to a news release.
Participating kids need to bring two canned goods with them. They will be used as weights during the workshop, and afterward, they will be donated to a local food bank.
The workshop is free to attend, but families are required to register either at www.mentorpl.org or by calling the library at 440-255-8811, ext. 221.
