'Three dams to be built to stop India's share of waters from flowing to Pakistan'

Three dams will be constructed in to stop the unutilised waters of India's three rivers, mentioned in Indus treaty, from flowing to Pakistan, for Transport and Resources Gadkari said on Tuesday.
