A 73-year-old woman died Wednesday, more than a week after a single-vehicle crash near Angola, according to police.

On March 19, Charmla K. Capanaro of Lewes was driving southbound on Camp Arrowhead Road south of Angola Road, near Angola, at about 2:05 p.m. Her 2014 Toyota Sienna left the roadway and hit a mailbox, utility pole and several trees before overturning on its side, said Master Cp. Melissa Jaffe of the Delaware State Police.

Capanaro was taken by the Delaware State Police Aviation Unit to Christiana Hospital in critical condition, Jaffe said.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating this crash.
