Delhi’s Special Fried Aloo (Potato) Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:

2 medium sized boiled and cubed potatoes

Pav Bhaji Recipe

1 chopped onion

1 green chilly

Fresh coriander leaves

4 Tbsp fresh tamarind chutney

2 Tbsp hot mint chutney

1 lime

1 spring onion

A pinch of chaat masala

Salt to taste

Directions:

Deep fry the boiled potatoes until they turn golden and crisp. Drain excess oil and put them into a bowl.

Add the chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves, tamarind and mint chutney in theĀ fried potatoes.

Summer Special: Matka Malai Kulfi!

Now add the chaat masala, spring onion and season with salt. You can also squeeze lime juiceon top of the chat.

Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve the special fried aloo chat hot!
