Fortnite challenges COUNTDOWN - Week 6 challenges set to go live in Battle Royale

The Fortnite challenges are set to get a refresh with the Fortnite week 6 challenges going live in Battle Royale soon on PS4, Xbox One and Mobile.

The ‘visit different Gas Stations’ and ‘follow the treasure map found in Anarchy Acres’ tasks have been the week 5 highlights for Fortnite fans.

But Fortnite players will see these Battle Pass tasks bumped down with the Fortnite week 6 challenges set to go live on Thursday.

The Fortnite week 6 challenges will go live tomorrow morning in Battle Royale on PS4, Xbox One, Fortnite Mobile, PCs and Macs.

Here are the Fortnite week 5 challenges:

• Use the Bush (1)

• Search Chests in Moisty Mire (7)

• Deal damage with a pickaxe to opponents (200)

• Visit different Gas Stations in a single match (3)

Pistol Eliminations (3) (HARD)

Eliminate opponents in Tilted Towers (3) (HARD)

Fortnite season 3 replaced the previous season’s daily challenges with weekly ones, and it’s proved to be a great hit among fans.

Each week a new set of seven Battle Pass challenges unlock, with fans needing to complete any four of those to be rewarded with 4,000 XP.

The challenges are separated into hard difficulty tasks and regular difficulty ones.

The hard difficulty Fortnite challenges will net players 10 Battle Stars, while the others will reward fans with five Battle Stars.

For those joining in on the Fortnite Battle Royale action late on, weekly challenges stack up and can be completed any time before the season ends.

So if you buy a pass mid-season you’ll still have access to all of the previous weekly challenges.

There is still plenty of time left till Fortnite season 3 finishes, with the end date set for Monday April 30 2018.

Epic Games has not confirmed the release date for Fortnite season 4, but it should drop on Tuesday May 1 or thereabouts.
