no charges are being filed against two white police officers in baton rouge - involved in the deadly shooting of alton sterling in 20-16. the sterling family says they are incredibly upset about the decision. they say the two officers are "killers" who deserved to go to jail for killing sterling. louisiana's attorney general says officers blane salamoni and howie lake were justified in their actions. cell phone video of the incident shows sterling pinned to the ground by the officers - before being shot. police say sterling was shot because he was reaching for a gun. landry says: "officers lake and salamoni attempted to make a lawful arrest of alton sterling // mr. sterling continued to resist the officers efforts to arrest him." mcmillon says: "we have nothing else in us to cry about because guess what? we knew what it was just like y'all knew what it was gonna be." the sterling family says they plan to file a civil suit in this case.
