India pips Japan in crude steel production in Feb

"The crude capacity utilisation ratio of the 64 countries in February 2018 was 73.3 per cent. This is 1.8 percentage points higher than February 2017. Compared to January 2018, it is 0.5 percentage points higher," the report said.
