While the Supreme Court on Monday imposed a fine of Rs 50,000 on the Delhi Government for not submitting a comprehensive action plan in the ongoing sealing drive in the national Capital, Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari accused the Aam Admi Party (AAP) Government for letting down traders again by not submitting any blueprint. And as a result traders plea for relief from sealing will not get heard in near future.
However, defending the AAP, Delhi Government officialsd that they misunderstood the instructions. In reply, the apex court said that it will explain them in Hindi. Earlier in the day, Delhi Government has submitted a notification in the court that has put 351 roads under commercial and mixed — use categories, in an attempt to provide some relief to Delhi traders from on going sealing drive.
