Copra office Alappuzha and copra office Kozhikode firmed up in an otherwise lacklustre spices market here today following rising demand from stockists and retailers amid good export offtake.
Copra Rajapur Mumbai and copra edible Mumbai remained closed today.
Other spices ruled stable in the absence of any other large-scale buying activity.
Copra office Alappuzha climbed by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 13,700 from Monday's closing level of Rs 13,400 and copra office Kozhikode rose by Rs 300 per quintal to Rs 13,500 as against Rs 13,200.
