Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi announces a MOTIF BAR takeover with a multi-awarded international mixologist Antonio Lai from Quinary in Hong Kong. Antonio is Hong Kong’s mixology legend, having pioneered the comprehensive Multisensory Mixology (MM) concept – a drinking experience that engages all five senses.
Successfully led by co-owner Antonio Lai and bar manager Samuel Kwok, Quinary has been lauded as part of the World’s 50 Best Bars for four years in a row, ranking #41, and #7 at Asia’s 50 Best Bars. Antonio will be at Four Seasons to share his expertise with guests at MOTIF Bar on Tuesday, May 15, 2018. MOTIF BAR also welcomes Samuel Kwok, Quinary’s Bar manager on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.
