Evan Mock, 30, was arrested on the morning of March 25 and charged with one count of felony resisting arrest with force or violence; one count of felony disregarding a police officer’s signal; one count of driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and any drug; one count of failing to stop at a stop sign; two counts of driving a vehicle on the wrong side of the roadway; one count of failure to have license in possession; one count of failure to have registration in possession; and one count of no proof of insurance.
