No land to proposed Greater Nagalim : Assam

Replying to a query by MLA Rekibuddin Ahmed during question hour, Chandra Mohan Patowary said, "On behalf of the Chief Minister, I am saying it with responsibility that not a single inch of land will be included in the Naga pact.

"Sonowal, who also holds the Home portfolio, has already discussed the issue with the Centre," he said adding the government has not received any official communication from the yet.

Ahmed had requested the to ask the Centre to take into consideration while finalising the agreement and demanded an all party delegation to visit the national capital for meeting the to discuss the matter.
