Details of a gun amnesty program in Saskatchewan are expected to be released Monday.
The Saskatchewan Association of Chiefs of Police, Regina and Moose Jaw police and the RCMP are among the participants.
A similar amnesty program was rolled out last year in Regina, where officers took in 157 guns over a two-week period.
The program comes after thousands of students across the United States marched over the weekend to press for tighter restrictions on firearm sales to help curb gun violence.
