The post-mortem examination report of the body of a man who had allegedly uploaded in social media sex videos featuring him and another woman last year, revealed that he had been burnt alive after being stabbed, police said.
The half-burnt body of Unmay Padhi was recovered from Kuakhai river bed at the outskirts of the state capital on March 21. His laptop, mobile phones and motor bike was also torched.
The report said the attackers hit Padhi on the head, stabbed him in the stomach and set him on fire.
The police on Saturday had detained four persons, including a girl whose sex video was made viral by the victim, for interrogation.
Padhi, a resident of Badagada area in the city, used to work in a private educational institution.
Over 50 intimate video clips featuring him along with a woman colleague of Bhadrak district went viral on social media in 2017 and also days before the murder. He was also arrested for this last year.
