India are out of the contention of making the final of the T20I Tri-Series after suffering a 30-run loss to Australia. They lost their third game from three and have only one game left which makes impossible for them to reach the final. India won the toss and elected to bowl and picked up two early wickets. But India failed to capitialise on that as Beth Mooney and Villani of Australia shared a century-stand, scored fifties each and take Australia to 186 for 5 in the 20 overs. Megan Schutt then took a hat-trick for them as India lost the plot early. India still have to play England in the final league game.

Australia were India before the T20I Tri-Series. They played three ODIs here before this and won three of them. They clean swept India in the series and now won both the T20Is between the two teams making it a 5-0 sweep for themselves. India had their chances but failed to capitalise and had to pay the price
That is it then! Australia with another clinical performance against India. They beat India by 36 runs as India can make only 150 runs for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. The target was 187 but India fell well short of that. What that does it that India are out of the contention to make the final of this Tri-Series.
This is all but over for India! They are 130 for the loss of five wickes but with 57 more runs needed off 12 balls, this looks too much for them. A loss here will also mean that they cannot make it to the final on Sunday
Last five overs remaining in the innings and India need 85 more runs from 30 balls. They have five wickets in hand. Patil and Vastrakar are the two batswomen out there in the middle. Big, big ask for India
Is that the game for Australia? Harmanpreet Kaur struck a couple of boundaries before she is caught in the deep. Kimmince with a good catch and Gardner with the wicket. India are five down
Just after her half-century, Jemimah Rodrigues has thrown it away! A brilliant inning but Kimmince has cut it short. India lose their fourth wicket and are in deep trouble here. They still have to make more than hundred runs
What an innings from the young Jemimah Rodrigues. She has reached her half-century off just 39 balls but she needs to keep going as India need her in this big chase. India have seven wickets in hand but a big target
India have stop the fall of wickets with a decent partnership between Harmanpreet Kaur and Jemimah Rodrigues. India are 65 for the loss of three wickets after 10 overs but the task ahead is huge
End of the powerplay and India are 35 for the loss of three wickets in the chase of 187 runs. Jemimah Rodrigues and Harmanpreet Kaur are the batswomen for India. Wellington will be the new bowler for Australia
Wow! Megan Schutt has a hat-trick for Australia and she is overjoyed! Deepti Sharma tries to go over the stop but slices it to mid-off and caught. Brilliant bowling from Schutt. She is the first Australian female to get a hat-trick in T20Is
Not the ideal start for India in a chase of 187. They have lost their two of their batswomen with Mithali Raj and Smriti Mandhana already back in the hut. India are 26 for 2 after 4 overs while Australia were 29 for 2 at the same stage.
First ball duck for Mithali Raj as she plays on. Another unlucky dismissal for an Indian batswoman. It was a bit wide and Mithali tried following it but there is no feet movement. Inside edge and it goes back to disturb the stumps
Early and big wicket for Australia! Smriti Mandhana made room for herself and Schutt followed her. The ball is yorker and it hits Smriti on her boot and then bounces to hit the stumps. This is very unlucky but Smriti has to go.
India openers Smriti Mandhana and Jemimah Rodrigues are out in the middle for the chase of 187 runs against Australia. Mithali Raj opened the batting in last game but not today. Jess Jonassen will bowl for Australia
Rachael Haynes took 10 runs off the final four deliveries of the Australia innings and has helped her team reach 186 for the loss of five wickets in 20 overs. A brilliant batting performance this by the visitors. Mooney and Villani scored fifties and shared a century-stand to help Australia reach such a big total
The wicket of Villani has put some pressure on Australia. The 17th over not as big as they were scoring in the previous over. Captain Meg Lanning in at the crease with Mooney who continues to punish the Indian bowlers.
A very good catch by Jemimah! She stopped a boundary with a superb dive on the previous ball and now she takes a good catch. A big wicket for India as they have broken the century stand. Australia lose their third wicket
Milestones in 15th over which was bowled by Jhulan Goswami: 1NB 4 4 4 0 1 2
* Villani fifty* Mooney-Villani century stand* Mooney fifty
Mooney and Villiani have taken Australia to a comfortable position and now they will be looking for a big finish. Mooney is batting on 49* while Villaini is on 46*. Jhulan Goswami is back into the attack for India
Australia have recovered superbly from the early wickets. They have brought up the team hundred in the 12th over with Mooney and Villiani both batting on 37*. India need to break this partnership if they want to restrict Australia.
India fail to capitialise on the good start provided by Pooja Vastrakar. The two early wickets have been undone as Australia continue to punish the bowlers and score at the healthy run-rate against India. After 10 overs, Australia are 84 for the loss of two wickets
Mooney was excellent in the ODI series and she is doing it again here. She has single-handedly kept India from dominating with the ball. Villiani is the other batswoman but Mooney has been exceptional. Australia 72 for 2 after 9 overs
End of the powerplay and Australia have reached 46 for the loss of two wickets after six overs. Mooney and Villiani are the two batswomen out in the middle. India will continue with Anuja Patil in the bowling attack
Vastrakar on the roll! She has picked up her second wicket in two overs. Gardner had hit the previous ball for four off a delivery that was wide. Vastrakar keeps this one very straight and gets it through the gap. Bowled.
A good start for India with the ball. Australia get two boundaries in the third over and have reached 21 for the loss of one wicket. Gardner and Mooney are the two batswomen out in the middle and Vastrakar will continue to bowl
Gone! Early breakthrough for India. Pooja Vastrakar foxes Healy with a slower one and picks the first wicket for India. Healy hits it high in the air and Jemimah stations herself under the ball before completing the catch
Healy and Mooney are out in the middle to begin their innings against India. The Indian team is in a huddle before the start. Jhulan Goswami will open the bowling for India. A few early wickets can put India in a good position early
