Hamilton man dies in hospital after brief disappearance

An elderly Hamilton man who recently went missing has passed away.

Romeo Marinilli, who was 93, died Sunday at the Hamilton General Hospital.

He had been reported missing last Monday and was found the next morning, hidden in bushes along train tracks behind the Centre on Barton.

Marinilli was suffering from hypothermia when he was found.

A funeral mass for Marinilli will be held Wednesday morning at St. Anthony of Padua Church.
