SMC seals 86 properties in Athwa zone

Surat: Officials of the Surat Municipal Corporation’s (SMC)Athwa zone on March 23 and 24 sealed at least 86 properties for not paying property taxes while collecting Rs 70,698 in dues on the spot. Properties in Jolly Residency, Shubh Residency, Udhna Road, Bhatar Road and Star Galaxy Vesu areas were covered under the tax recovery campaign. tnn
