The Stormy Daniels “60 Minutes” Interview has proved to be a winner for CBS, giving the news program it’s highest-rated episode in almost 10 years. ????According to Nielsen ratings, “overnights” or preliminary ratings, show that the interview drew more than double the amount of viewers compared to a normal version of the show. ????Just hours after the interview Stormy Daniels began to trend on Social Media, becoming the Number 1 trending topic in the U.S. on Twitter.????Anderson Cooper, who interviewed Daniels for “60 Minutes,” told CNN quote, "I think it was important for people to actually see her and hear her.
Viewers can make up their own mind whether they believe she's credible.”????The interview is expected to be the highest-rated “60 Minutes” episode since the Obama’s held a post-election interview in 2008. ????The President and First Lady were in different states and did not watch the interview together, with a spokesperson for Melania saying she spent spring break "down (in Florida) with her son, as per family tradition." ????
