The Red Devils have agreed to sign the 16-year-old defender following a trial period last summer, according to the Manchester Evening News.
A deal was struck in January and Bejger is likely to be announced among the club’s academy recruits before next season.
He has been playing for Lech Poznan’s youth team and made his Poland Under-16 debut against Scotland in September.
A versatile defender, Bejger is at home in the middle but can also play at right-back.

He is likely to have been recommended by European scout Piotr Sadowski, who previously worked for Lech Poznan.
United have put plenty of resources into strengthening their academy ranks in the last couple of years.
Nicky Butt, now in charge of the club’s youth programme, has landed a number of talented teens including Tahith Chong, Nishan Burkart, Millen Baars, Aliou Traore and Arnau Puigmal.
United’s academy side currently top the Under-18 Premier League table and are clear of Liverpool by seven points.
