Union Information & Broadcasting and Textiles Minister Smriti Irani is on a day-long visit to Narmada district of Gujarat today.

Mrs Irani held a meeting with district officers and reviewed the action plan for 2018-22 for the transformation of aspirational Narmada district. Later in the day, Mrs Irani will attend a seminar at Rajpipla which has been organised by NITI Ayog on Transforming India 2022.

On the occasion, the Minister will launch the action plan for the 2018-22 for the transformation of aspirational Narmada district. She will also launch Gujarati-Dehwali Ambudi dictionary. The seminar will be attended by local MPs, MLAs, Sarpanchs and Anganwadi workers.
