Misguided love for cow lands three in jail

KARIMNAGAR : Three persons, including two minors, were arrested by the Kothapalli police on Saturday for allegedly gang raping a calf. According to police, Pramod Mahanandi (24) and two boys belonging to Kairkal village of Jharkhand had been working with a JCB repairs workshop in Bahupet village for past few days. On Friday night, the trio was caught red-handed while sexually abusing a calf belonging to a farmer in Nagulamalyala village. The owner and his neighbours captured the trio and handed them over to local police for indulging in an “unnatural act” with a calf. Later, veterinary doctors conducted medical examination on the calf. Samples collected from the bovine animal were sent to a laboratory for further investigation.
