Day 4 of the third Test at Cape Town witnessed a dramatic ending as Australia were bowled out for 107 and South Africa won the Third Test by a massive margin of 322 runs. Chasing a daunting target of 429, Australia began on a good note as openers Cameron Bancroft and David Warner forged a 50-run stand. But after Tea, it all went wrong for the Kangaroos as they fell like nine pins. Morne Morkel was the star of the show as he returned with figures of 5/23. For his match figures of 9/110 Morkel was awarded the man of the match.
Earlier, South Africa extended their lead closer to 400 on day four of the third Test against Australia. They lost both overnight batsmen AB de Villiers and Quinton de Kock but were in a very strong position. Australia, who were hit by ball-tampering controversy last day, had a disturbing news again on Sunday when captain Steve Smith was handed a one-match ban due to yesterday’s controversy. Tim Paine was leading team in the third Test and had to suffer a disappointing loss in his first outing.
That's It! Australia are all out for 107.
have won the third Test by 322 runs. Morne Morkel picks up 5 wickets in the second innings.
What a performance by the Proteas side. They were sledged, cheated, called names but South Africa did not let the mind games affect their show on the field and beat Australia in Cape Town Test.
Nathan Lyon departs without facing a ball. Poor call by stand-in skipper Tim Paine. How the once mighty Australians are falling at Cape Town. AUS- 94/9, need 336 runs.

OUT! David Warner is out for 32. Once again it is Kagiso Rabada who picks up his wicket. Steve Smith arrives at the crease amidst loud boos.
Que to boos. Warner looks to snatch a single off Maharaj but his partner Bancroft struggles to make it, Du Plessis is sharp and makes the perfect throw from covers. Warner is at fault though, there was no single in that Bancroft was in trouble even without a direct hit. Bancroft has played fairly well but that doesn't stop the South African crowd from booing him off the field, understandably so.
After a good session, Australia resumes their innings on 47/. Keshav Maharaj has opened the bowling for the Proteas. This a crucial session for both the teams and it might well decide the outcome of this match.
A good session for Australia overall but such is the nature of this match that what is most prominent is the fact that Faf Du Plessis is speaking with Nigel Llong about something as they walk back into the pavilion. Judging by the body language, it does seem like they are sorting some difference of opinion about something between the two.
The two are steadily working away and the fact that Australia haven't lost a wicket yet bodes well for them. Meanwhile, umpire Nigel Llong has had a word about something between deliveries with Faf Du Plessis with Quinton de Kock in the frame as well.
Hard work for the batsmen to get runs at the moment. Rabada and Philander are keeping it tight, not letting the two free their arms at all. Meanwhile, the ICC has announced that Steve Smith has been fined 100 per cent of his match fee and banned for 1 Test, Bancroft 75 percent of match fee and receives three demerit points.

Vernon Philander managed to reach his half century and that means that South Africa have set a target of 430 for Australia to make in in the rest of this day and the fifth day. David Warner was seen sprinting back into the dressing room.
Nathan Lyon gets his 301st wicket in Test cricket! He tried to clear the boundary but could not clear the ropes. He is caught by Cummins at the boundary! South Africa are 9 down with the lead of 418 runs
Lyon gets his second wicket! Rabada was eagar to go over the top and charged down the pitch to hit Lyon for a big shot. Misses it as there is a sharp turn. Paine with a good take behind the wicket and removes the bails before Rabada can get it
Kagiso Rabada with a flick off his hips which goes for four and South Africa's lead is now past 400! A brilliant batting effort this from the home side against Australia, who are clearly affeceted by whatever happened yesterday. Some quick runs expected now
South Africa batsmen Vernon Philander and Kagiso Rabada are back on the field for the second session of play. Australia team is in a huddle. South Africa will like to get some runs quickly and then declare. Australia will also look to bowl them out.
That is Lunch on Day 4 of the Cape Town! South Africa have reached 333 for the loss of seven wickets in the second innings. They lead by 389 runs with three more wickets in hand. Vernon Philander and Kagiso Rabada are the two batsmen for South Africa, who will be very happy with this session
Gone! Big wicket for Australia as Quinton de Kock is caught behind. Big flash over the leg-side but he fails to connect it. Closes the face of the bat too early and there is a big leading edge which flies to Paine. South Africa now seven down
When do South Africa declare? Surely not in this session but with the lead close to 400, a declaration in the second session is highly likely. The South African batsmen have not looked in trouble while batting so this will also factor which will in their mind while deciding to declare
South Africa will look to bat at least till Tea. Ideally, they would love to declare the innings instead of being bowled out. The lead is 355 runs now. Quinton de Kock and Vernon Philander are the two batsmen at the crease
Quinton de Kock is a very class batsman. Nothing is stopping him from scoring runs through boundaries. There have been those odd deliveries that have beaten the outside edge of his bat but otherwise he has been sublime and moving towards a century
Brilliant innings from Quinton de Kock! He has reached his 13th half-century in Test cricket with a four throught the square-leg and this has been a quick innings. South Africa need him there with the tail
Spoke too soon! AB de Villiers has edged one to the first slip off Hazlewood. He is dismissed for 63 as Marsh holds on to a good catch. The partnership is broken. AB de Villiers is clearly disappointed to miss out on the century again.
This partnership has been a good one for South Africa. AB de Villiers was dismissed for 63 in the first inning so he will love to get a century now. He is batting at the same score. De Kock is nearing his half-century
Second new ball available for Australia. They have bowled the 80 overs. Will they take it or will another over of pace come hoping for reverse swing? Lyon is also bowling.
AB de Villiers continues to accumulate runs! Australia players look a bit grim. Tim Paine is the stand-in skipper for the remainder of the Test. This has turned to be a landmark match. So much happening

More than cricket, this match will be rememebered for ball-tampering. Australia captain Smith and batsman Bancroft admitted to changing the condition of the ball yesterday. Australia are under heavy criticism for this and it is likely that today will be a very awkward day for Australia to come out on the field. South Africa lead by 296 with 5 wickets in hand. More than that, how will Australia cope up with the embarrasment on Sunday?
