Saskatoon police trying to find motive behind shooting

Saskatoon police are trying to locate two men after a shooting in the 1500-block of Idylwyld Drive North.

Saskatoon police say they are trying to determine a motive behind a shooting that occurred early Sunday morning.

Several witnesses reported either seeing or hearing a gunshot at a business establishment in the 1500-block of Idylwyld Drive North at around 2:15 a.m. CT.

Officers responded to the scene and found evidence consistent with a shooting.

No injuries have been reported.

Police are looking for two men last seen heading northbound on Avenue B North.

The first man is described as roughly six feet tall with a slim build. He was wearing black sweatpants with a red stripe, a two-tone red-and-black jacket and black running shoes.

The second man is described asĀ around 18 to 22 years old and roughly five-foot six. He was wearing a light-coloured ball cap, a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and tan-coloured work boots.
