KATHMANDU: Sangam KC and Damodar Khadka shared the lead on the first day of the Centenary Golf Tournament here at the Royal Nepal Golf Club on Friday.
Played under stableford full handicap format, KC and Khadka carded five-under 63 nett. Sunder Rai was third at 65.
In women’s section, Sandhya Rai was leading with the score of 65, while Devi Magar and Sabitri Rai shared the second position at 71. A total of 34 golfers are competing in the 54-hole contest organised by RNGC to mark its 100 years. — HNS
