Kashmir: At Least two terrorists died in an overnight clashes in Anantnag district of south Kashmir on Saturday.

“The gunbattle in Dooru is ended, and two terrorists were died. Investigation is on,” a cop representative affirmed.

 “As part of a joint operation, Anantnag Police along with 19 RR (Rashtriya Rifles) and CRPF carried out an operation in Shishtargam area under Police Station Dooro, which resulted in an encounter with terrorists hiding there,” he added.

The cops had corroborated that there was some exchange of gunbattle in Anantnag area. They found AK 47 rifles and grenades from the spot.

The Dooru clashes occurred following a violent battle in the border district of Kupwara. The incident takes the lives of five armed forces and several terrorists.

In the Halmatpora area in Kupwara, 2 policemen, 3 soldiers and 5 terrorists died in the gunfire.

The deceased military have been found as Havildar Jorabar Singh, Naik Mohd Ashraf, Naik Ranjeet Khalkho whereas dead cops were identified as Mohammad Yousuf and selection grade constable was found as Deepak Thesoo.

Officials and veterinarians put their great efforts to evacuate 15 mammals from water.

A Western Australia’s Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions stated, “One whale beached itself again and had to be euthanized. So far, the remaining six whales seem to have survived although incident controller Jeremy Chick affirmed they could attempt to beach themselves at another location.”

As per the reports, all these mammals have a weight between one and four tons.

Prior in 1996, 320 long-finned pilot mammals died in the mass stranding in Hamelin Bay.

Authorities have cautioned sightseers to not come near water as sharks catch the attention of dead mammals. Hamelin Bay beach has been shut down while officials removed the dead whales.
