An Ogletown man has been charged with dealing in child pornography, according to New Castle County police.
Police arrested 53-year-old Buel Mutter on Friday. Earlier this year, they learned he had child porn on the computer at this home on the 600 block of Mansfield Drive, police said.
They searched the contents of his computer and found 25 images "relating" to child porn, police said.
He was charged with 25 counts of dealing in child pornography and jailed at Howard Young Correctional Institute, police said.
Police asked anyone with any information as to the identity of any additional victims to contact them at (302) 573-2800.
