Two terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Anantnag district of Jammu and Kashmir today.
Police said, acting on specific information about the presence of terrorists at Shistragam village in Dooru area, security forces launched a search and cordon operation late last night.
There was some exchange of fire, before the operation was halted for the night. The encounter resumed this morning and two terrorists were gunned down.
The Police said, the encounter has ended and some arms and ammunition have been recovered.
