Cape Town - The Blues have suffered a setback with the news that All Blacks centre Sonny Bill Williams has been sidelined due to a wrist injury.
According to a New Zealand Herald report, Williams has been ruled out for six to eight weeks after fracturing his wrist in the Blues' 37-20 defeat to the Stormers in Cape Town last weekend.
That loss proved costly as it has also been revealed that lock Scott Scrafton has been ruled out for the season after sustaining an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Williams' injury means he will probably have minimal game-time ahead of the All Blacks' three-test series against France in June.
