Andhra Odisha Border Special Zonal Committee Secretary of the banned CPI (Maoist) Chandra Mouli has alleged that Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was demanding SCS only to hide his failures in resolving many issues of the State.
In a press release issued on Friday, signed in the name of Chandra Mouli, the CPI (Maoists) said backward regions of north Andhra and Rayalaseema were lagging and had gone even backward after BJP and TDP had come to power at the Centre and State respectively.
