Two from TDP, one from YSRCP elected to RS

C.M. Ramesh and Kanakamedala Ravindra Kumar of Telugu Desam Party and Vemireddy Prabhakar Reddy of YSR Congress Party have been unanimously elected as members of the Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh.

Mr. Ramesh is an incumbent from Kadapa district whose term is set to expire on April 2. A native of Vijayawada, Mr. Ravindra Kumar had been the President of the TDP’s legal cell for a long time.

Mr. Prabhakar Reddy is an industrialist belonging to Nellore district. He joined the YSRCP in 2013.
