EastEnders spoilers: SHOCK death rocks Walford as tragedy strikes THIS unlikely character
EASTENDERS is reportedly set to kill off a character later this month in the most tragic circumstances.
BBC
Ted Murray’s (played by Christopher Timothy) life will be destroyed this month when his loving wife Joyce (Maggie Steed) is found dead.
According to reports, the EastEnders resident, who has been neglecting his spouse, will discover her lifeless body lying in bed.
Her unexpected death will mark an end to Maggie’s short tenure in the show, which she joined last year.
No doubt her passing will leave husband Ted heartbroken as the couple has been through so much together.

“Joyce’s death will hit Ted hard - she has been there for him through some of his toughest times such as his PTSD and his depression,” a source told Metro.co.uk.
“She was even willing to do a prison sentence for him so it’s fair to say that he will really feel he has taken what he had in his marriage for granted.”
Ted and Joyce’s daughter Judith (Emma Fielding) will soon arrive in Albert Square and is expected to be involved in several storylines.
The source added: “The arrival of Judith will then bring him more drama as it’s clear that their relationship is far from perfect.

“It remains to be seen whether Ted can get through his loss and work together with Judith to say goodbye to Joyce in the right way.”
Maggie’s departure from EastEnders comes after it was announced that Blue singer Lee Ryan and Richard Blackwood would be leaving the hit show.
Lee, 34, has played barman Harry ‘Woody” Woodward since April 18 2017.
An EastEnders spokesperson confirmed Lee’s exit from the soap to The Sun, saying: “We can confirm that Lee will be leaving EastEnders when his storyline concludes this spring.”

Meanwhile, Richard, 45, is said to be quitting his role as Vincent Hubbard after his last storyline.
Speaking to Digital Spy, Richard confirmed: "I have loved every minute of my time at EastEnders, and although I will be sad to say goodbye, after three years it feels the right time to leave.
"I have been truly blessed with some great storylines since the moment I joined, but when I was presented with my last story, I knew it was time for Vincent to depart Walford.
"I'm now excited about what the future holds. I have a feature film out this year, I will be returning to the theatre and also some great presenting TV gigs."
EastEnders continues tonight at 7.30pm on BBC One.
