WHAT IS XUR SELLING FOR THE WEEKEND OF MARCH 23?
Here’s a quick recap of Xur’s current inventory:
- Sunshot Hand Cannon [29 Light Shards]: This weapon drops during the campaign, but it’s a nice addition to your collection regardless. Leveraging the Sunburn perk, you can easily vaporize targets with explosive rounds. It’s a great PvE gun with super-satisfying ammo. Considering Hand Cannon buffs are coming in May, we'd suggest making the investment now.
- Lion Rampant Titan Leg Armor [23 Light Shards]: The Jump Jets perk allows Titans to hover indefinitely. The added maneuverability allows you to put distance between yourself and enemies during raids or PvP. It’s the closest we might ever get to the original Destiny’s Twilight Garrison armor.
- Orpheus Rig Hunter Leg Armor [23 Light Shards]: Hunters have been asking for it for weeks, and now it’s finally here. Orpheus Rig features the Uncanny Arrows perk, which offers Ability Energy for each enemy tethered by Shadowshot anchors. Simply put, this might be the best tether-based Exotic in all of Destiny 2. It sets up a practically endless string of Supers.
- Karnstein Armlets Warlock Gauntlets [23 Light Shards]: Its Vampire’s Caress perk buffs melee attack resilience and mobility while highlighting injured enemies. Melee kills also restore health. This Exotic is only meaningful for a very specific type of Warlock, so we’d generally suggest passing on it unless you’re trying to collect everything.
- Three Of Coins [31 Light Shards]: It equates to a 50 percent increase in the chance of Exotic drops after completing an activity. Without knowing the exact base chance, though, it’s hard to know if this limited buff worth it. If you don’t have one of the above Exotics, buy those instead.
- Fated Engram [97 Light Shards]: This Engram automatically generates an Exotic you don’t already have. It’s limited to one purchase per account per week.
Those are all the Exotics Xur has this week. He’ll be active through the Weekly Reset on Tuesday at 1 p.m. EDT.
